Attar Neishaburi was a Persian poet who lived in the twelfth century. He was also a theoretician of Sufism. Attar left a lasting influence on Persian poetry and Sufism where his important role is undeniable. Reinert believes that except in Attar’s home town, He was not a famous poet in his own time. His expertise in Poetry, Mystic and a master of narrative was not discovered till 15th century. It is believed that Attar might be the son of a rich and successful chemist who has taught him well in different fields. Some of the most famous products of his pen are:
