Today after breakfast you will go to spend whole day at north of Tehran. First you will go to Tajrish Bazzar. You can walk through bazaar and spend times there,one the most valuable and historical bazaar in shemiran district. Then, you will go to visit Niavaran complex, a historical palace complex situated in Shemiran, Iran. (optional) you can also visit Fatima Masumeh Shrine at night .You will stay at Hotel overnight. Get ready for your first day on the bike! After delicious breakfast, jump in the support vehicle and transfer out of Qom. Today’s ride will take you away from the highway and into the barren mountainous countryside of the Markazi Province. From Kermjgan, pedal uphill on a gravel road for 12kms as we cycle up to 2850 metres above sea level. Be rewarded with incredible views of this remote region on the 20km downhill stretch to the small town of Bijegan,then we rejoin the support vehicle and will be transferred to Kashan .we will stay at hotel overnight.( Cycling distance : 32km, with around 70% on gravel roads. First 12km uphill, 20kms downhill)
Today after breakfast you will be transferred to Isfahan but before that you’ll visit Abyaneh, red soil village, enroute .your cycling path will be downhill from Abyaneh, all the way to Natanz. Depending on time, there may be the option to ride further.and you will continue your way to Isfahan by support vehicle. You will stay at hotel overnight (Cycling distance: Approx. 28km, mostly downhill)
A full day tour of Isfahan gives you this opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful places of the world. Visit Chehel Sotun Palace (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site), next you will face one of the dreamy masterpiece of Iranians, Maiden-e-Naghsh-e-Jahan (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site) with several sites including Ali-Qapu Palace, Sheikh Lotfollah and Shah Mosque; each of these attractions around the square is amazing and breathtaking and you might not be able to imagine their impressions on your soul. Today after delicious breakfast you will be transferred shahreza to fuel up for your ride with a morning coffee and cycle approximately 58km to the small town of Izad Khast. The ride is along the highway, however there is a nice big shoulder to cycle on and the traffic is light. You can also visit ancient ruins of Izad Khast castle before dinner. You will visit in Izadkhast overnight (Cycling distance: 58km)
Stretch your legs by cycling the final 44km along quiet back roads before reaching Pasargadae, One of the most important and popular historical sites of Iran belonging to Achaemenid Era. Take some time to walk around these fascinating ruins and check out the well-preserved tomb of Cyrus the Great. You will stay at hotel overnight. (Cycling distance: 44 km)
After delicious breakfast we will star our new journey, From Pasargadae, we’ll cycle the entire way from our local home to the hotel in Persepolis and we will visit Naqsh-e Rajab, an ancient archaeological site. Today after delicious breakfast we’ll Cycle the short distance from the hotel to the ancient ruins of Persepolis , with the monumental staircases, exquisite reliefs and imposing gateways that leave you in no doubt how grand this city was and how totally dominant the Achamenid empire that built it. Today after a delicious breakfast, you will have a full day tour of Shiraz to visit the graceful garden of Shiraz, Eram Garden (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site). Next, we will visit one of the most visually stunning mosques in the world called Nasirol Molk (Pink Mosque). After that, we will grab the chance to see Vakil Complex (Bazaar, Bath & Mosque) and Arge Karim Khani. The final visits of the day would be Shah Cheragh Holy Shrine and Aramgah-e-Hafez (Hafez Shrine), the famous Persian poet star well-known as Persian ghazal apogee. You might see people performing Faal-e Hafez, a popular ritual in which you seek insight in to your future by opening a volume of Hafez. The future is apparent in his words. Today after breakfast you will be transferred to Yazd and visit enrout the Cypress of Abarkuh , an ancient cedar tree believed to be approximately 4500–5000 years old (and even featured in the writings of Marco Polo).Today you’ll have some free time to walk around and explore the ancient Yazd .you will stay at hotel overnight . A full day tour of Yazd is recommended to visit highlights of this city: Towers of Silence (Dakhma) and Ateshkadeh (The Zoroastrian Fire Temple). Next visit will be Amir Chakhmagh Complex. There are also many feudal hexagonal houses that you can visit in this beautiful and tranquil district of the city, called Fahadan. You will also have some free time to shop in the Old City Bazaar, which is probably one of the best places in Iran to buy silk, brocade, glassware and cloth products that brought the town its prosperity in the past centuries. If you have a sweet tooth, do not forget to buy Pashmak (Iranian fairy floss) and Baghlawa available in many shops. Today after breakfast you will leave Yazd to Tehran and visit The actual temple of Chak Chak which is a man-made grotto sheltered by two large bronze doors. The shrine enclosure is floored with marble and its walls are darkened by fires kept eternally burning in the sanctuary. In the cliffs below the shrine are several roofed pavilions constructed to accommodate pilgrims. (Optional)If can visit Milad Tower, one the highest multipurpose tower at night.
