Khoramabad is a city and capital of Lorestan Province, Iran. Khoramabad’s climate is mostly semi-arid. Having been located at higher altitudes it is considerably wetter than cities like Esfahan or Tehran. The summers are hot-dry but during winter, the climate provides for suitable conditions for agriculture. This city bears diverse tourist attractions in its heart; Falak-ol-Aflak Castle, Gerdab sangi, Brick minaret , Inscribed stone, Shapoori bridge, Akhoond Aboo house, and Keeyow lake are few to mention.
