Day 01: Arrive to Tehran
Bon voyage! Today you are off on your exciting tour with IranHRC, as you board your flight to Tehran, one of the biggest cities of Iran. On arrival, you will be greeted by your friendly tour leader outside the baggage hall. We shall then proceed to your hotel and check-in. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 02: Tehran- Tehran
After a delicious buffet breakfast, we leave for a guided city tour with an expert guide who will explain to you all the highlights of Tehran: National Museum of Iran, Abgineh Museum (Glass & Ceramics) and Golestan Palaces Complex (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site). Your lunch will be served at a traditional restaurant in Old Tehran’s Bazaar. Explore the old traditional Bazzar of Tehran. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 03: Tehran- Qazvin- Zanjan
Head to Zanjan and en route visit Qazvin. We will start by visiting Chehel Sotoun, the former Shah Tahmasp’s royal palace. Next, we will visit Imamzadeh Hossein Shrine. After that, we will continue our journey towards Zanjan and visit Gonbad-e Soltanieh, (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site). Dinner will be served at Sangi Caravanserai Restaurant. You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 04: Zanjan- Takab
After a delicious breakfast, check out and start visiting some other main attractions of Zanjan such as Rakht shoor Khaneh, Ja’ameh Mosque and Historical Bazaar of Zanjan first then head to Takab via the fabulous road called Dandy to visit Takht-e Soleiman (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site). In the 3rd century AD the state religion of Sassanid Persia was Zoroastrianism and Takht-e Soleiman was its spiritual center. You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 05: Takab- Hamadan
In the morning, we drive to Hamadan known as Ecbatana in classical times. En route, we will visit Ali Sadr Cave, the world’s largest water cave, which attracts millions of visitors every year. Next, we will visit Ganjnameh, the spectacular combination of History and Nature. There are also a range of activities such as Soortmeh that you can enjoy (This is not included in the package and you can do it, if interested). You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 06: Hamadan- Kermanshah
Check out of the hotel early in the morning and start the journey to Kermanshah and visit Kangavar then Bisotun (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site) located along the ancient trade route, remaining from the prehistoric times to the Median, Achaemenid, Sassanid and Ilkhanid periods en route.
After arrival to Kermanshah, visit Taq-e Bustan, a site with a series of large rock reliefs from the era of Sassanid Empire of Persia. Our next visit will be Takieh Mo’aven ol-Molk, one of the finest of the theatres religious buildings. You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 07: Kermanshah- Kashan
Check out and head to Kashan and visit Qom, one of Iran’s holiest cities en route. Qom (Ghom) is home to magnificent Hazrat-e Masumeh shrine. The burial place of Imam Reza’s sister, Fatemeh including two huge domes, various courtyards and exquisite tiled minarets, after that we will continue our way towards Kashan. After arrival, we will visit Fin Garden (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site), Borujerdi House or Tabatabaee House. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 08: Kashan- Isfahan
Check out of your hotel after a continental buffet / boxed breakfast and proceed to the glamorous city of Isfahan. En route, we will have the chance to visit wonderful red village of Abyaneh that its people still wear traditional costume and have unique life style. After arrival to Isfahan and a little rest, we will visit Sio-Se-Pol and Khaju Bridges and experience walking in the tranquil ambiance of Zayande Rood River. Dinner awaits you at a traditional restaurant. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 09: Isfahan- Isfahan
A full day tour of Isfahan gives you this opportunity to visit some of the most beautiful places of the world. Visit Chehel Sotun Palace (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site), next you will face one of the dreamy masterpiece of Iranians, Maiden-e-Naghsh-e-Jahan (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site) with several sites including Ali-Qapu Palace, Sheikh Lotfollah and Shah Mosque; each of these attractions around the square is amazing and breathtaking and you might not be able to imagine their impressions on your soul. Dinner awaits you at a traditional restaurant. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 10: Isfahan- Isfahan
After breakfast, another full day of sightseeing in Isfahan enriches your valuable experience. Today, we will visit the magnificent Friday Mosque (Ja’me Mosque)(UNESCO’s World Heritage Site) then Vank church. After that, visit the Hasht Behesht Pavilion (Eight Paradises). The final stop of the day is Historical Bazzar of Isfahan. You will also have some free time to shop for famous arts and handicrafts especially Persian Carpet. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 11: Isfahan-Yazd
This morning, after a continental buffet breakfast, check out and sit back in your coach as we drive to Yazd, with its winding lanes, forest of badgirs, mud-brick old town and excellent range of accommodation options. En route, visit Meybod historical village and two other beautiful sites of Naeen called Ja’ame Mosque and Narin castle. Overnight, you will stay at Hotel.
Day 12: Yazd-Yazd
A full day tour of Yazd is recommended to visit highlights of this city: Towers of Silence (Dakhma) and Ateshkadeh (The Zoroastrian Fire Temple). Next visit will be Amir Chakhmagh Complex. There are also many feudal hexagonal houses that you can visit in this beautiful and tranquil district of the city, called Fahadan. You will also have some free time to shop in the Old City Bazaar, which is probably one of the best places in Iran to buy silk, brocade, glassware and cloth products that brought the town its prosperity in the past centuries. If you have a sweet tooth, do not forget to buy Pashmak (Iranian fairy floss) and Baghlawa available in many shops. You will enjoy the memorable visit of Bagh-e Dolat Abad (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site). Stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 13: Yazd- Lut
Early in the morning, we will drive towards Lut Desert, this mesmerizing vast desert inscribed as UNESCO World Heritage. Enjoy safari on this day. You will enjoy staying the night in a desert camp.
Day 14: Lut- Kerman- Shiraz
We will start the day with a half-day trekking in the desert then head to Kerman for your flight to Shiraz. You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 15: Shiraz- Pasargadae-Persepolis- Shiraz
You will have a full day excursion of Persepolis & Pasargadae (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site). Two of the most important and popular historical sites of Iran belonging to Achaemenid Era. To better understand the antiquity of Iranian art and science you visit Takht e Jamshid (Persepolis) (UNESCO’s World Heritage Site), foremost ancient historical site in Iran located in Shiraz as the heartland of Persian culture. After that, we are going to visit Naghsh-e-Rostam, an outstanding part of the Marvdasht cultural complex. You will stay in a hotel overnight.
Day 16: Shiraz- Shiraz
Today after a delicious breakfast, you will have a full day tour of Shiraz to visit the graceful garden of Shiraz, Eram Garden (Part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Persian Gardens Site). Next, we will visit one of the most visually stunning mosques in the world called Nasirol Molk (Pink Mosque). After that, we will grab the chance to see Vakil Complex (Bazaar, Bath & Mosque) and Arge Karim Khani. The final visit of the day will be Shah Cheragh Holy Shrine. You will stay at hotel overnight.
Day 17: Fly back to your home
Today we check out and proceed to the airport for your flight back home. Arrive home with the pleasant memories of your Iranian tour, which we are sure you will treasure for a lifetime.
