Day 01: Tehran
Bon voyage! Today you are off on your exciting tour with IranHRC, as you board your flight to Tehran, one of the biggest cities of Iran. On arrival, you will be greeted by your friendly tour leader outside the baggage hall. We shall then proceed to your hotel and check-in. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 02: Tehran-Ahar-Tehran
Today after breakfast, we have short way to get to the place to get pure oxygen and have incredible hiking to waterfall. For getting to this path take the access road for Emamzadeh Shekarab which is an easy path passing through the village of Ahar toward Shekarab.
This trail separates at the junction below the Emamzadeh’s path climb starts. From there it’s mostly hike or carry a bike to a beautiful plain area with lots of boulders and a seasonal spring. The downhill is fun, hard, technical and sometimes dangerous because of the exposure to the valley heights. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 03: Tehran-Rasht
Today after a breakfast we will go to Rasht, when we get there after a short rest and having meal, we get ready for going to the Masooleh village. Masouleh is a small mountain village in Caspian Iran. Masouleh architecture is unique. The buildings have been built into the mountain and are interconnected. Courtyards and roofs both serve as pedestrian areas similar to streets. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 04: Rasht-Rasht
Today after breakfast you can get ready for going to Rasht Bazzar. On the way go to the Bazzar you can also see Shahrdari Square. Rasht bazaar is the heart of the economy in Gilan Province and has maintained its traditional appearance throughout the years and is still a place where agricultural products, different fish, local foods and handicrafts are sold.
After coming back to hotel and taking a short rest and having a meal we get ready for going to Saqalaksar and Roodkhan Castle. Saqalaksar is a village in Lakan Rural District, in the Central District of Rasht County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 584, in 168 families.
Roodkhan Castle, is a brick and stone medieval fortress in Iran that was built by the Gilaks to defend against the Arab invaders during the Arab/Islamic invasion of Sassanian Iran. With the fall of the SassanidEmpire, this area became a defensive position against the Arabs in the then-newly established Tabarestan. You will stay at Hotel overnight.
Day 05: Rasht-Lahijan-Ardebil
Today after a delicious breakfast we get ready for going to Ardebil. On the way to go to Ardebil, we will visit Lahijan’s Bam in Lahijan city, the most beautiful and greenest part of Gilan, Lahijan has both traditional and modern architecture. The city, which has an Iranian-European urban structure, lies on the northern slope of the Alborz mountains and also we pass through the asalem to khalkhal road. Asalem to Khalkhal road connects the two villages of Asalem in Gilan province and Khalkhal in Ardebil. The winding road goes through high altitudes of the Alborz mountain range near the Caspian Sea. It crosses mystical woodlands before reaching mountain tops covered in luscious greenery with quaint villages by the dozen. You will stay at Hotel overnight in Ardebil.
Day 06: Ardebil- Sarein- tabriz
Today after breakfast we get ready for going to Tabriz But before that make sure that you won’t miss the hot Water Springs of Sarein, Since time immemorial, almost every group of people from every corner of the world has believed in the healing and spiritual powers of water. Many religions include special rituals involving water and consider certain bodies of water to be sacred. Civilizations spanning from the ancient Romans to modern Japanese have placed a special emphasis on public bathing in hot springs, for cleanliness, social functions, and of course, relaxation. After Sarein we go to the Tabriz and stay at hotel in Tabriz. You will stay at Hotel overnight in Tabriz.
Day 07: Tabriz-Tabriz
After breakfast, another full day of sightseeing in Tabriz. Today we’re going to see Bazzar of Tabriz. The Bazaar of Tabriz is a historical market situated in the city center of Tabriz, Iran. It is one of the oldest bazaars in the Middle East and the largest covered bazaar in the world. It is one of Iran’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Then we go to the blue mosque, The Blue Mosque is a famous historic mosque in Tabriz, Iran. The mosque and some other public buildings were constructed in 1465 upon the order of Jahan Shah, the ruler of Kara Koyunlu.
After that we will go to Maqbaratoshoara . According to experts, Maqbaratoshoara is more than a cemetery and can be considered a literary complex. In the past it has also been known as Haziratoshoara, Haziratolghozat and Sorkhab Cemetery .The precise date of its establishment is not known. The mausoleum was first mentioned by Hamdollah Mostowfi in his Nozhat ol-Gholoub. Some 400 poets, mystics and luminaries of Iran and the region have been laid to rest there.
We can finish the day with going to El Goli Park. Do not miss El Goli Park in Tabriz (former Shah Goli) as it’s the grand “People’s Lake” and a pleasant hillside garden and park around a 5 Ha water body. You will stay at Hotel overnight
Day 08: Tabriz-Kandovan
Today after breakfast we will go to a Kandovan but before getting to Kandovan we’re going to see Hilevar Village. Underground and historic village, Hilehvar (From environs of Oksu) has been located in distance of 3 kilometers from rocky village of Kandovan. Architecture of this village is exclusive such that its houses in heart of ground is like pretty thickets and with great craved style and they have enough covers. You will stay at local Hotel in Kandovan overnight
Day 09: Kandovan- Kandovan
After breakfast you can spend all your day in Kandovan Village and enjoy being among the heart of stones .Kandovan is a village in Sahand Rural District, in the Central District of Osku County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. This village is a wonderful example of manmade cliff dwelling which is still inhabited. You will stay at local Hotel in Kandovan overnight
Day 10: Kandovan-Tabriz -Fly back home
